All caramels are not created equal!
Australian made and has a distinct grown up caramel flavour profile that is very unlike the sweet, commercial ice cream toppings.
Blend this syrup with coffee and / or chocolate for an amazingly delicious Caramel Latte.
Check out my favourite Caramel Latte recipe :
- Make a large espresso shot.
- Bring milk to boil. Stir coffee & caramel syrup into the milk. Taste and add sugar or honey if you like.
- At this point, if you have a small milk frother, use that to create foam. Transfer latte to mugs and add whipped cream on top. Drizzle with some caramel syrup and enjoy!
