A beautiful coffee inspired by Orion's belt, blended high quality Arabica beans from sustainable producers. This blend combines a full-bodied Sumatra with a high grown PNG A Grade. With a small quantity of rich fragrant African origin providing lingering sweetness. This is our signature blend that consistently wins major coffee awards.

Tasting Notes: Rich, spicy cup with sweet leather, blackcurrant fruit notes and white wine orange acidity that carries through to a smooth full texture. A hint of hazelnut leads to a long chocolate cream finish.

Favourite blend
Posted by Paul Rogers on 9th Nov 2018This is my favourite coffee blend. I love I have fresh whole beans delivered within days of roasting - it makes the whole experience better. The Miaplacidus is also really good, but Mintaka is my favourite. I use a home espresso machine and recommend this blend for these sorts of machines. Great customer service also.

I find the Mintaka Fair Trade Organic Coffee blend from Kimberley Coffee Broome the one that suits my taste best. I order in 2 kg lots and it arrives within a couple of days through the post.
