Pu Erh Mini Tuo Cha Tea
Derived from the Chinese province of Yunnan. Pu Erh tea leaves
are fermented for a few weeks at a particular humidity and temperature.
Once dried, tea is matured for 15 years; developing a unique
and typical flavours profile and deep liquor colour.
Appearance
Also known as "birds nest" this tea is individually wrapped in a
'pressed bowl' shaped dose.
Tasting Notes
Boasting a balanced cup with a delicate body and smoky undertones.
Finish leaves a clean yet rich, sweet-floral-leather note.
Serving
Usually, one nest is enough for a cup (300 ml) and should be brewed
with boiling water and steep for 3 - 4 minutes.
