TASTING NOTES: Soft floral notes, honey, blackberry, and stone fruit throughout. A well-balanced acidity is paired with a long coating body. Malt, caramel, and hazelnut in the finish.
BACKGROUND: Introducing our exquisite Colombian coffee, hailing from the picturesque region of Planadas in Tolima. Grown at elevations ranging from 1700 to 2200 meters above sea level, this coffee flourishes in the high-altitude climate, producing a truly exceptional cup. Harvested annually from April to July, it captures the essence of the enchanting Colombian landscapes and the dedication of local farmers.
The coffee undergoes a meticulous washed process, ensuring the highest quality and flavour profiles. This method involves removing the cherry pulp and washing the beans before drying them, resulting in a clean and bright cup with distinct flavors.
