About This Coffee

From the misty highlands of southern Ethiopia comes one of the world’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions — Guji. This exceptional Single Origin offers a true taste of Ethiopian heritage: intensely bright, delightfully complex, and bursting with flavour.

Hand-picked by smallholder farmers using traditional methods, these heirloom Arabica beans are grown under native forest shade at high altitudes, then carefully processed to highlight the unique characteristics of the region.

Expect a vibrant, fruit-forward cup with layered notes of lemon citrus, stone fruit, and delicate floral tea-like aromas. The body is silky and elegant, with a lingering finish that’s both clean and exciting. Whether brewed as a pour-over, batch brew or adventurous espresso, this coffee rewards curiosity and a slower sip.
