The farm is owned by Bernardo Solano, a forward-thinking producer who has developed advanced on-site processing facilities to support meticulous experimentation and high-quality microlot production.
The coffee is made up of Bourbon and Caturra varieties and has been **honey processed with maintaining the clarity and sweetness typical of high-quality Guatemalan coffees.
In the cup, expect jammy berry flavours, mellow caramelised sweetness, and hints of malt and dried pome fruits like apple and pear.
