About This Coffee
Drawn from a collection of small farms in the Popayán region of southern Colombia, this coffee represents one of the country’s finest microlot productions. Historically, Popayán farmers grew for volume, but today they focus on quality, carefully nurturing crops under shade-grown canopies and drying beans fully in the sun.
Cultivated at 1,750 metres in fertile volcanic soils, Popayán Primera showcases the best of Colombia’s coffee heritage. Expect chocolate depth and tropical fruit brightness, balanced by a juicy mouthfeel and a clean, elegant finish.
