This standout Yellow Bourbon comes from Fazenda Conesol in the renowned coffee-growing state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Owned by Lindalva de Oliveira Dutra Vivenza and her sons, this family of Italian-Brazilian producers has been cultivating coffee for generations, with a history stretching back to the late 19th century. Today, the farm spans 430 hectares, with 206 hectares dedicated to coffee across six distinct lots—allowing precise quality control and careful processing.

Varietal & Process

Made from Yellow Bourbon—a naturally occurring Typica mutation prized for its sweet, balanced profile—this coffee is naturally processed, dried carefully on patios to enhance body and bring out its classic nutty-sweet character. The result is a mellow, approachable cup with depth and smoothness.

In the Cup

Expect caramel sweetness, mild praline notes, and a gentle, rounded acidity. The flavour is rich yet easy-drinking, with a creamy texture that makes it perfect for both black coffee drinkers and those who enjoy milk-based brews.

The Region

Minas Gerais accounts for nearly half of Brazil’s coffee production and is famed for its highland climate, fertile soils, and rolling green hills. The combination of altitude (1,220 MASL) and careful farm management at Conesol produces a cup that’s clean, sweet, and distinctly Brazilian.

Sustainability & Certification

Fazenda Conesol is Rainforest Alliance/UTZ certified, reflecting the family’s dedication to protecting the land, supporting their workers, and ensuring long-term coffee quality.

Why We Love It

Smooth, sweet, and satisfyingly rich, Brazil Minas Gerais Natural Bourbon is a comforting daily drinker with enough character to impress specialty coffee lovers. Ideal for espresso, stovetop, or filter brewing.
