About This Coffee

Boab Coffee is created in collaboration with Indigenous communities of the Kimberley, symbolised by the Boab tree.

Brazil contributes chocolate sweetness and nutty base, PNG adds earthy richness and full body, while Ethiopia lifts the cup with floral brightness.

    There’s something special about drinking coffee roasted in the Kimberley. Boab Coffee has that perfect mix of earthy and nutty tones, with a touch of sweetness. It tastes like care and craftsmanship in every cup. I love supporting a local roaster doing things the right way — organic, fresh and full of flavour.

    Perfect Balance of Strength and Smoothness

    I love strong coffee but can’t stand bitterness, and Boab nails it. It’s bold enough to cut through milk in a flat white but still super smooth when taken black. The aroma when you open the bag is incredible — like walking into a roastery. Maybe it's the added boab nuts? Not sure but really love it. Highly recommend giving it a try.

    I’ve been ordering Boab Coffee for over a year and it’s consistently top quality. Whether I brew it in my Moka pot or as cold brew, it’s smooth and full-flavoured every time. It’s become our household favourite — visitors always comment on how good the coffee tastes! Love to tell my visitors the story behind why it is such a special blend from Broome also :)

    Bold, Smooth, and Wonderfully Fresh

    This is the blend that got me hooked on Kimberley Coffee Company. It’s got a strong body but finishes clean with no bitterness. You can tell it’s hand-roasted — the freshness makes such a difference. I drink it as espresso in the mornings and it never disappoints. Love the boab nut blend. Five stars all the way.

    Boab Coffee is my everyday favourite — smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. It has a beautiful depth of flavour that reminds me of the Kimberley itself: strong, grounded, and full of character. I love that it’s locally roasted and always arrives so fresh. Easily the best coffee I’ve had in Australia.

    We really enjoy the additional flavour profile added by the ground BOAB - the extra effort of having to stir the beans before loading into the grinder is well worth the effort - your BOAB coffee is a great innovation
