Mintaka is Kimberley Coffee Company’s award-winning flagship blend, named after a guiding star.

Ethiopia contributes bright fruit and floral clarity, Colombia adds caramel sweetness and balance, while Brazil brings body and chocolate depth.

    Favourite blend

    This is my favourite coffee blend. I love I have fresh whole beans delivered within days of roasting - it makes the whole experience better. The Miaplacidus is also really good, but Mintaka is my favourite. I use a home espresso machine and recommend this blend for these sorts of machines. Great customer service also.

    I have been drinking coffees from around the World and from many different roasters for many years. I find the Mintaka Fair Trade Organic Coffee blend from Kimberley Coffee Broome the one that suits my taste best. I order in 2 kg lots and it arrives within a couple of days through the post.     Great product. I ordered 1kg beans and the smell is amazing. Great service. I ordered the beans and a simpresso on a Wednesday and the parcel arrived the very next day Broome to Perth Thanks Mark, I have forwarded on your company’s website to workmates, so hopefully you will receive some orders in the future.
