Mintaka is Kimberley Coffee Company’s award-winning flagship blend, named after a guiding star.

Ethiopia contributes bright fruit and floral clarity, Colombia adds caramel sweetness and balance, while Brazil brings body and chocolate depth.

    complex savoury blend with considerably finesse. overall roast the dark end of medium. cups well as plunged or espresso coffee (black). many blends simply lack complexity or character but Mintaka is truely delightful

    Strong flavour, nice strong brew. Tried this when on holiday in Broome, and now order it for delivery to the East Coast. Delivery arrives within a few days, so need to panic if I run short.

    one of the best blends we've had! we've been ordering our beans from a Sydney roaster for years...but have now switched to Kimberley Coffee and this is our favourite blend. Very bright tones and deep taste. What's not to love!
