Fabulous - Honduras

By far my favourite single origin. Complex, unique flavours and it works well in both my French Press (served black) and espresso machine (with a nut milk). I also love it is Rainforest Alliance certified. This sort of thing counts and I believe in supporting it.

Boab Coffee

The addition of the Boab nut provides additional character to the already delicious Mintaka coffee blend. It does not subtract or distract from the flavours and depth of the coffee in any way, it only enhances it. The result is a rich and pleasurable coffee experience that is very hard to beat.

Meet Mark, The Coffee Man

Mark is the heart and soul of Kimberley Coffee Company and a true coffee enthusiast. Leaving the hustle and bustle of Sydney in 2009, Mark embarked on a new journey in Broome, Western Australia. His passion for coffee led him to establish Kimberley Coffee Company, starting with a humble air roaster at his home and a charming coffee van. This van quickly became a local favourite, serving the best coffee in town every morning and at the Broome Markets.

You're invited to meet Mark in person most Saturday mornings at the Broome Markets. The Coffee Van operates from 7am, where you can say g'day, enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee (hey - where is the best espresso near me? It's here at Broome Markets!) and take home a bag (or two) of our award-winning coffee beans. If you forgot to order your coffee beans online, it's the perfect opportunity to collect them in person, meet the roaster, and experience the passion and quality that goes into every roast.
